We have a wide range of horses available for hire for weddings, proposals, proms, Sikh weddings and other special occasions.
For your special day you will want nothing but the best, and we have a long tradition of providing a high-quality service. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have been able to help make peoples days that little bit extra special since 1984.
Our experienced horses are always accompanied by a fully trained groom, to ensure that your occasion runs smoothly. Our horses are specifically chosen for their suitability and we always have spare trained horses available ensuring that should one be unwell, then we are still able to fulfill our commitments.
We have a weight limit of 11 stones for ridden horses.
Side Saddle Wedding Horses
For brides wishing to arrive elegantly on horseback, there is no better way than to ride side saddle. We have a number of fairy tale type horses experienced in side saddle weddings.
Cowboy/Western Themed Horses
We have several experienced western trained horses in a variety of colours and sizes. These can be ridden by the groom or bride. The horses come with western saddles, and bridles, and are led by an experienced groom, wearing western styled attire.
Sikh Weddings
Valley Farm have a large white mare, which can be hired for Sikh weddings. Our horses have plenty of experience. The horse comes with red and yellow patterned woollen saddle blanket, and is led by dressed attendants. Families may have their own harness. If so, it may be possible to fit this, when the horse first arrives, and it would be returned immediately afterwards.
Area covered
We are able to travel up to about a 30 mile radius from Valley Farm. We require space to park and turn a horsebox.
Guarantee of satisfaction
In order to ensure that all the arrangements come together perfectly we may visit a few weeks before the wedding to check access to the house/church/reception and to agree upon a suitable route for the horses. We also welcome you to visit our centre should you wish, before booking, to see for yourself the quality of the horses and discuss your requirements. We know you will not be disappointed.

We also sell gift vouchers for all of the equestrian lessons we offer. Perhaps they might fancy learning side saddle riding, western riding, trying out circus vaulting or going out for a gentle hack round the countryside.
