Horse riding isn't just for kids.
Horse riding is a great way for busy adults to regain so 'me time' in their lives. Working with horses helps you to forget about everything else which is going on in your life, and just concentrate on the present moment.
There are many physical and emotional benefits that can be gained from spending time with horses and the great thing is, you are never too old to start.
We have quite a few riders in their 70, 80's and even 90's who still enjoy riding. OK some of them learned to ride as children, but quite a few of the people who ride with us started riding as adults.
We believe everybody should be able to benefit from the joy that horse riding can bring, so we are here to help you every step of the way, even if you have never touched a horse, or visited a stable yard before, we are sure that within a few weeks you will have gained a huge amount of confidence if you decide to try riding with us.
