At Valley Farm we strive to deliver a quality service with high horse welfare standards and on-going training for all staff and horses. We have fantastic facilities and a wide range of horses to chose from, with friendly, qualified and experienced coaches to advise and guide you whatever your chosen discipline or level of experience. We are fully licensed and insured, Ofsted Registered, Approved by the British Horse Society, The Pony Club, The Association of British Riding schools, Riding for the Disabled and Horseboarding UK. Prices include V.A.T.
Lesson Times
Our lessons are either for half an hour or one hour. This includes time for mounting and dismounting time, and returning the horses to their stables. Please aim to arrive slightly before the start of your lesson as we may not be able to make up time for late arrivals. Please read our LESSON TIMES page where you will find more information.
How to book lessons and equestrian activities
If you would like us to advise you when choosing the best lesson or coach to suit your needs, do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email, or visit reception and we will do our best to help you.
Please register at Valley Farm (https://valley-farm.ecpro.co.uk) you will then see riding lesson availability and be able book online. Once registered you can also book your next lesson in reception as you leave, or you can phone us to book it for you.
All new clients will need to initially follow these easy steps to register.
Once we receive your registration, our instructors will apply the appropriate grade to your registered riders, which will enable you to book suitable lessons. While you wait, you can download the EC Pro app from your app store, then log in with your email address and password to allow you to book more easily in future.
If you wish to book in with short notice, please call us to check spaces and book you in, as the online booking system may not show last minute availability.
How to book for the Lodge or campsite
For the lodge or campsite please call or email sarah@valleyfarm.co.uk to check availability before booking. Payment for accommodation can be made by debit card over the phone or by Bank Transfer.
Gift vouchers are available.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased online, by telephone or from reception for a specific lesson, or for a fixed sum of your choice, which can then be exchanged for any type of riding lessons.
Childcare Vouchers
We are OFSTED registered. You may be able to use childcare vouchers to pay for some of the activities.

1 hour groups. Some riders may wish to join our regular groups with either a western saddle, side saddle or bareback pad. It is necessary for riders to be proficient with the specialist tack before joining a group. Booking through reception allows you to pay the tacking up fee with the lesson price. If booking online, it will need to be paid seperately, which you can do on arrival, as the lesson price will secure your place.

Visitor Attraction
Come and meet all the animals and enjoy the farm walks for just £5.00 per adult and £2.00 per child.
Alpaca Experience
1 hour session for groups of up to 4 people. Groups with children under 12 must include at least one adult. Meet, feed and walk the alpacas round the farm trails. £78.00.
