There are around 500 affiliated British Riding Clubs in the UK, and we are very proud to have hosted one of them at Valley Farm from 2017 until 2023.  The membership then decided to continue their own club under the guidance of the very knowledgable Rossie Theobald (APC level 5)

Any adult can join in with the fun.  Horse-owners and non-horse-owners are welcome. If you would like to know more about the group and what they get up to, then please ask in reception at Valley Farm. Many members own or loan horses kept at Valley Farm so there is usually somebody to talk to. 

The club aim to meet monthly as a group to discuss any club business and events followed by a short talk/clinic hosted by Rossie Theobald.

The club will be run by the members for the members, so you can join in, share your ideas, and help organise events that you are interested in.

You don't have to have your own horse, as riding lessons are available on our lovely horses at our centre if you wish. You don't even have to ride if you don't want to. There are plenty of opportunities for you to be involved. Perhaps volunteering at competitions, with the RDA,  or helping on the committee to organise events and clinics. Whatever your interest we would love to hear from you.
